- Participating DeMiero Jazz Fest (DJF) choirs may register for the March event starting early in September of the previous year, up until a cutoff date in February before the festival, specific dates TBD by the festival. The festival will require either payment or a PO number in order to place a choir on the schedule.
- If, after registering, a choir decides it needs to cancel its registration, DJF will issue a refund, minus a nonrefundable $50 deposit. The refund will be available until four weeks prior to the festival; after this deadline, a 50% refund will then be available.
- If the festival issues a cancellation, the following options will be available to the participating choirs:
- The registration may be applied to the next festival, held the following year;
- The choir may choose to donate the registration fee to the festival, to offset nonrefundable expenses incurred by the DJF;
- The choir may request a full refund.
