- Participating DeMiero Jazz Fest (DJF) choirs may register for the March event starting on October 1st of the previous year, up until a cutoff date of February 1st. The festival will require either payment or a PO number in order to place a choir on the schedule.
- If, after February 1st, a choir needs to cancel its registration, DJF will issue a refund, minus a nonrefundable $50 deposit.
- If, after March 1st, a choir needs to cancel its registration, DJF will issue a 50% refund.
- If the festival issues a cancellation, the following options will be available to the participating choirs:
- The registration may be applied to the next festival, held the following year;
- The choir may choose to donate the registration fee to the festival, to offset nonrefundable expenses incurred by the DJF;
- The choir may request a full refund.
