Tim Hauser Vocal Jazz Scholarship

This Scholarship honors the late Tim Hauser, founder and vocalist of The Manhattan Transfer. This scholarship allows a group to participate, perform, and interact with other students and learn from the very best in jazz. Being a part of the festival and getting to experience time with great musicians (and students just like them) will help stimulate growth and help their program get a solid footing in their own community.

Greg Nazarian Memorial Scholarship

This Scholarship honors the late Greg Nazarian, deceased father of our present Artistic Director, Kim Nazarian. Registration fees for one group to attend the Friday or Saturday festival, or $400 toward registration for the Thursday Music Intensive will be covered by this special scholarship. The Nazarian Family is committed to helping ALL students have access to inspiring educational opportunities. The love and importance of music began in our home, was shared within our local community, and also extended to our professional musical family. We dedicate our lives to the Arts, and hope this helps make a dream come true for another passionate group of artists with a song in their heart.
